 I recently had the opportunity to sit and chat with Dr. Cass Ingram,  a well known physician and natural health researcher in the United States.  He has authored many health related books and has a number of websites promoting natural remedies through many of his popular natural products:  http://americanwildfoods.com/ and http://www.p-73.com/
He gave me a number of books to do as a GIVEAWAY for my fans!  How cool is that?!  I’m going to start off by giving away a copy of one of his BEST SELLING books Super Market Remedies.
